I have a collection of these patterns. I am just a couple shy of having all of them.
Stearns and Foster is selling reprints of all of them for about $4 each.
mine are all originals...somehow I like them better...even though there really is no difference in the pattern..

They date back to the 30"s.I got NY beauty dated 1930, Martha's Vineyard, The Double Wedding Ring 1931, & Pieced Squares-1932. I would say overall for age there in near mint condition. There one very large sheet.
One of my quilt guilds had a program from Mountain Mist and it was awesome. I highly recommend having them if you can.
