    I love those blocks. Perhaps a more muted red would make them more acceptable to men.

    great blocks, love the pattern. I think gender would depend more on the colors you used.

    Dots are qhat you make of them,. Some can be feminine depending on the other colors that you mix. Big bold dots can be masculine.

    I think if the sashing was say yellow it could pass for man/women. But this is a wonderful Quilt block very Eye catching!

    No, not feminine. I think those stars are perfectly wonderful for boys. Can you share the pattern?
