Leah Day even "prescribes" it if you are too tense to flow with the free motion quilting. :-)

And here I was thinking that you got smashed and ended up making a crazy quilt. Ha Ha.

The real question is, "Red or White?"

Shot glasses are great for creating smaller circles, holding smaller quilting toys, etc. They don't work well, until after " fully tested".

As long as it's white wine, it doesn't stain lol, red can be a bit dodgy, don't ask about the pink blotch/stain on the cream background of my lovely christmas Wall Hanging, white wine only in sewing room in future.

I completely agree! Besides sewing, my husband and I have two acres of grapevines, so we make a little wine. I find wine breaks often make the free motion quilting go smoother. I do not take the wine into the sewing room, having had to get stains out once, but it is a required sewing notion.
