I would leave the larger blocks as they are now with just the flower outline stitched. The slightly puffy effect makes the quilt look cozier and warmer.

Use the cream on the front and the green on the back -- you'll be much happier with it. Lovely quilt!

Just change your top thread to beige for the outlining and keep the green in bobbin, if your tension is correct there should not be a problem at all.......are you just outling those 9 patches or sid within it???????
