thank you, I like the idea of fleur de lis and straight lines, but would you do really straight lines, horizontally?
or 'organic'/wavy lines?

Take a look at the QuiltCon 2017 show winner "Bling" quilt. It was just quilted in straight lines on a regular sewing machine.

Wavy lines in any direction would be great too. A general guideline (but not a hard & fast rule) is that if your piecing is mostly straight lines, then your quilting should be curvy, so the wavy lines would work well.
This is what I was thinking...

Oh, this quilt top is amazing....absolutely love it! I was wondering how Angela Walters would quilt it since this top just screams for fun geometric designs in the background. Can't wait to see how it is finished off.

Such a unique and beautiful quilt. I like zozee's quilting suggestion. I was also thinking of a modified fleur de leis such as Tartan suggested. I am sure that whatever you decide, it will be gorgeous.

Feathers?, criss cross? meander?
thank you in advance
I was thinking along the same lines as zozee. Swirls in the white space (think Van Gough's "Starry Night") and some diagonal lines in the tower itself to reinforce the structure of the tower. I can't wait to see this one finished.
