i have EQ5 and thought about upgrading. however, i've realized that EQ5 has done everything i've needed. if the price is an issue, try EQ5... if not, go for EQ7 to have the latest. i don't know how i could get along without EQ. i can scan my fabrics on my printer/scanner and use them in my quilt pattern to get an idea of how my quilt will look.

OH NO - not another addiction!!! LOL :-D

I'm already addicted to designing, quilting and longarming. At least this will make the design process easier for me.
LMAO - We'll see. I can spend hours upon hours playing with settings, coloring, etc. I mean lots of fun!!!! At night I sit with my laptop and watch TV and just play and play. OMG, addicting and I haven't even scratched what that program can do.
