I don't think that even EQ7 have stencils to print out. I have seen stencils but they are for designing your quilting. I could be wrong. I have only used EQ as a design program for quilt patterns.

Awhile back Rhonda did lessons on the electric quilt program, I wonder if you were to PM her if she might have an answer for you? I'm just having a quick look through my books.
I googled "how to print a stencil in electric quilt 5" and came up with this you tube video, hopefully it will help you? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kip9TJm8jko

EQ5 definitely has stencils in the block library, and you can draw your own and print them out. Here's a summary of what EQ5 can do - http://www.planetpatchwork.com/eq5features.htm
I have EQ7, and have used the stencil capability. However I'm not very good at drawing on the computer, so I haven't found it to be particularly helpful for me.

EQ7 has some stencils. I also bought a couple of Quiltmaker magazine's CDs and those designs can be imported into EQ7. I don't know if you can to this with EQ5. It's nice to be able to try out the designs on your quilt. I then print the design, attach to my quilt sandwich with basting spray and quilt right through the paper. It kind of works like the Quilting Made Easy and Borders Made Easy paper templates if you've ever seen or used them.
