It was $2.00 for all boxes. Yipee!

I must say that I did 1 winter when I was out visiting my daughter. I was at a loose end and they had a paper that was in their mailbox--advert. I read thru it and found someone have a rummage sale and man did I score. My SIL sent bag 5 moving boxes 3 ft x 3ft x 3ft + 1 that was 4ft x 4ft x 4ft. I cleaned that lady' stash of everything she had. I think I might have pd $25 for the whole works. My SIL pd the ptg and I made a friend of his a king size quilt before I went home.

I am going to tell my DD that that is what she gets for leaving the Harrisonburg area and moving to MS.

I have been reading all your comments on Quilting Board for some months and just learned how to make my comments. I think my (some day) estate sale will be similar. What a find for those still looking ahead to years of sewing.

Wow, what a find and such a bonus for your group !

I NEVER see anything like this, usually just old drapes and sheets etc ...

and Quilters, this should remind us all to USE OUR STASH ... so it won't end up sold for a few dollars at a sale, one day ... !!
I've already told DH & kids to make sure my leftovers go to friends, the bee and guild for good use !
