I love getting packages in the mail for me. Connecting Threads, Missouri Star Quilt, Craftsy, and Fat Quarter Shop, and Nancy Notions are my usual shops. I trust them and all have great customer service and reasonable pricing. I will order from other websites if there is something specific I want. I shop at Marshall's in person! Just two hours away from me.

I am not sure which is my favorite, it all depends on who has what I want or need at the time.
    "Presents"-- I'm the same way!

I just got a bunch of batiks from Hancock of Paducah, brand name for $4.99 to $6.99. The only local store (sells DSM & vacuums) that carries batiks charges $15.99 a yard. I also like buying from the Fabric Shack.

Yes, very much so and I mostly shop at Connecting Threads for my fabrics as well as my threads. Just counted my threads and have over 400 of them. Guess I like their threads too. Love their fabrics and try to get most of their collections. Love their Mirage collection as its a nice blender fabric.

    Yay, fabric deliveries!

My most recent was some Batik layer cakes I bought from Hancock's of Paducah for about half-off. Unfortunately they sent me pink/purple layer cake packs instead of the black/grey ones I'd ordered, and naturally I needed to return the wrong ones while it was quilt week in Paducah so it took forever.

So note to self; don't order from them in late March/early April, because if there's a problem it's going to take 3 days for them to even reply!

(They did send me the correct items and I shipped back the wrong ones on their dime, so I'm happy.)

Definitely! My faves are FabricShack, Hawthorne Threadsa, Equilter and fabric.store for linen fabric. I also wear new shoes home from the store

I order mostly from Amazon. Most of the fabric comes from fabric.com. I love it when there's a box on the porch!

I have only ever ordered fabric from Connecting Threads. I am getting an order ready now and the excitement of new fabric is great! It is kind of scary how much we quilters get our thrills from "petting" the fabric.....LOL.

Oh yes, It is like Christmas for me no matter what time of year! Love it. Hancocks of Paducah is my favorite on line shop for the sales. And when I get their catalog in the mail, or any quilting catalog or mag, my DH tells me I got some "quilt porn". LOL

"The only local store (sells DSM & vacuums) that carries batiks charges $15.99 a yard."

You need to try 1000 of Bolts. They have their batiks on sale for $5.99.

I love getting "presents" to myself, be they fabric or notions. For notions, I usually go to Amazon.com, unless one of the sites has a superspecial deal on something I just "have to" try. I like ordering from Missouri Star, especially their Daily Deal, and I can always find something else. I like the Craftsy kits, because you see the fabrics right there and know what you're getting. And, as stated above, I get my batiks from 1000 of Bolts.
