Could you group the ones that are the same size together and put a sign above them or below them that would be visible to everyone? Like what is done at garage sales?

masking tape is what the Amish stores use, I still have fabric with the tape on.

Buy a pack of safety pins and write the price and pin it on. Then you don't have to worry about tape falling off or marking the fabric.

insert little sized cardstock with $ printed inside baggie's?

Put a staple in the dots that will keep them from falling off. You are selling them right away so it should not be any problems.

did you check to see if the dots are "permanent" or "removable" Sounds like they may be the removable kind.
