Making a 2 sided quilted glasses case?
#1
Hi
My father's birthday is on the 18th, and he wants a glasses case, for 2 pairs of glasses.
How do I want to do that? Do I want to sew through 3 layers, so there is a separator between the two pairs?
Thank you,

I would say you need SOMETHING to seperate the two pair of glasses. I know I can't even stand mine close to my husbands on the counter, they may rub on each other. lol

this pattern could easily be quilted and instead of using the heavy fabric since you will be quilting it you could use any lighter weight fabric.

There is a pattern and instructions for just such a thing, as well as single and triple cases, in this years edition of Quilting Arts Gifts. http://www.interweavestore.com/Quilt...ifts-2009.html It is well worth the price for all the great patterns you get (scroll down the link for the table of contents)!! Quilting Arts if my very favorite magazine in the whole world! 8)
