I think those fabrics would look great with a dark brown background. Here's my falling charms with the dark brown background.

I am not sure about the size of the prints but most of them look like big prints so just cut them in square big enough and border them all with one solid color on all sides just to show case the fabric and have a scrappy look and make a big quilt.
