Finding specific patterns
Let's say I'm scrolling through the internet and I come across a quilting square that I would love to make. But I don't know the name of it. It's not in any of the quilting books I own. How do I go about identifying it so that I can get the pattern in the size I want?

Thanks. They look like pretty straightforward blocks. There is the square-and-diamond block in two different sizes. And then there is the diamond within the rectangle block. Thanks for help in identifying these.

Most definitely a Storm at Sea Block. There are several free patterns for this online .Including this one https://www.quilterscache.com/S/StormAtSeaBlock.html .

I just received the die for this one. There are different layouts that make the block look magical too.
