CoyoteQuilts, thank you for asking. Haven't had the "umph", yet. A lot going on. Been dealing with what we thought was Irritable Bowel Syndrome in my cat, 2 weeks ago found a tumor. The following tuesday, dog 2 got blood poisoning from having maggots. He had no open wounds, (sheltie) but flies drilled him under some mats. His fur had got away from me. came home from hospital a week ago today. Keeping us all medicated, working full time, and household maintenance has fully occupied me. Tuesday this week a co-worker killed herself. We were not exeptionally close, but it hit me hard. The company is reeling. Brought in grief counselors. I sat in on a session. Glad I did.

I did go to a quilt store yesterday, and bought 505 spray. They didn't carry the fabric safe silicone spray for your machine bed.

The clerk at the store, I believe a co-owner, at any rate a quilter-I asked, not just a "clerk", had no idea what quilting needles for sewing machines are.

Ripping out the last try & trying again is on my list for this weekend.

sorry this post sounds a bit surreal, combination of day-to-day, tragedy, and pet issues.
