I was in the dollar tree today and bought a bunch (10) of large foam boards to wrap my fabric around. Works great and you can cut to size :-D

Good idea! Have to look. I asked my LQS for the boards from their fabrics and they saved them for me!!

Most of the foam core boards are acid free, the ones I purchased at the Dollar store have a label on them stating that they are acid free, cut them to the size you need, don't forget to attach a mini postit note with the amount of fabric on each little bolt :-D

The foam board also makes great bottoms in our totes we make. Just make an envelope type cover that can be removed when laundering, they are good and strong.
