Here is a 4 patch posey I did. I do love this pattern. You can actually make the squares any size you want. I usually see how wide my fabric is and then decide on the most effecient size.

Oh what a beautiful quilt ... You'll see from my post above, that I did my maiden 4PPs tonight! :) Perhaps a table topper? or wall hanging?
