Freezer paper and having way too much fun
#44
I will have to try the thicker method with freezer paper. I have been using fusible interfacing cut 1/4" smaller then I take and thread around (like making a yo yo) and gently pull. When it stops around the edge, I press. Makes much smoother edges. The freezer paper would be a lot more cost effective than using interfacing.

Not only is it good for applique, we use it for the bottom of our bird cages. Doesn't attract gnats, like newspaper and other stuff does. We did watch closely the first few days to make sure our birds did not chew on it since it has that waxy side.
