Default Pattern Ideas Needed

I have 3 meters of the red fabric and 1 meter cuts of the other 5. I thought that I could fussy cut one of the border prints and use it as filler blocks and the other for a border.

Beautiful quilt fabrics! I have no clue what to recommend to you, though.

I agree. Fabrics are beautiful and compliment each other. Can't wait to see what you come up with.

I would suggest a pattern called, "The Great Frame Up."

example as shown. Where I have used blue and white frames, I suggest your yellow and blue tone-on-tone fabrics.
Use the larger scale border (left of your photo) as the border, and the other 3 as the prints to be "framed." Like you suggest, one border fabric (right side of your photo) can be fussy cut to give a variety of different looks.

Your fabric looks to be from the "Lorraine" line by American Jane for Moda. I'm sitting on 4 yards of the green from that line wondering what do do with it. Simply love the happy colors from American Jane!!

I love this kind of challenge. I'd use the blue/cream prints as focus fabrics. Cut them apart and add strips (red, yellow and blue) around them until they equal a nice multiple, ie 6" square.

Then use the stripes as spacers to make columns 9 or 12" wide. Sew columns together. Add a border.
