Hi. I bought a used Grace Next Generation frame and Mega Quilter machine, got it all set up, and am anxious to use it. My problem is with the ratchets that the rails fit into. I can't get them set to either clockwise or counter clockwise. I'm scared to push too hard on the button for fear of breaking it. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks!

I would contact the Grace company. They are pretty helpful.
