My DH did put a sealer on it. I like the look of the natural wood and really didn't want a stain. As I remember, it took him about 1/2 a day to put together. It really was not too big of a problem.

My honey and I live about 25 miles due east of St Louis. :)

I'll try and post pics once I get my quilt loaded.

I plan on ordering my Grace Z44 tomorrow, but I have a question for you kind ladies. I have never used a frame before. Freehand and hoop are all I have used. As I have been doing some research, do I need this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Grace-Hand-Q...-/390067750408 I'm not sure what they mean by "leader material". Also, is there anything else I need to order? Thanks so much in advance!

Go get some canvas or heavy pillow ticking and attach that to your frame W/ staples or small upholstery tacks. No need to buy that.
