Definitely dig it out! My husbands Grandmother sold her dining room set which I dearly loved when I was in the hospital having surgery. She figured no one was interested!
She sold it for pennies on the dollar. I would have paid 20 times more than what she sold it for.

Grandparents and parents don't seem to know that we would love to have the items. Not only for the value, but for the memories! Memories are priceless!

WOW! what a treasure, to find the table that goes with the featherweight. I have 3 featherweights and do most of my piecing with mine. Love it.

I'd go get her right away before she is gone. My MIL has offered me her FW and will be picking it up when we visit them in July. I can't wait to sew on it.

I would dig it out. Keep it and never let it go. Memories are awsome.

You can get attachments for it online. One of the places to check is sewclassics.com. Just google Featherweight attachments and you will find them.
