Great find, they look to be all hand pieced, can't wait to see the finished top

I say sew them together just as you have them. The colors are great and you will have a one-of-a-kind quilt. Great colors and great find. Tks. for sharing. G

Would love to see a picture of the finished top when you decide what to do with them.

Great blocks!! I have heard them called Crossed Canoes, too.

Yep! Sashing would really pull them together and make a stunning quilt top! Go for it!! Black is always safe!!!

Those are fabulous! They look like canoes! Maybe double-cross canoes!? What about a multicolored babric or even a batik? Is do a thin sashing. Even a neutral color would work! Can't wait to see it finished!!

The pattern is Crossed Canoes. And, yes, it was very popular in the 60s.
