Nice colour combos.
It will be the surrounding blocks of the horse quilt. I bought some Bali Pops on sale and cut them in half then started to "string" them. Anything to get the piecing done so I can play with the applique!

Static? I "found" pieces once - after they had been fused under something else. If anyone ever mentions it, my reply will be to the effect of an experiment in texture.

When I did jigsaw puzzles with my small daughter, we always found the missing 2 or 3 pieces when we stood up -- somehow they always managed to slide in underneath us! So perhaps check the backs of your clothes that you were wearing -- they may be statically attached.

as usal i would blame sam for taking the he is the one that my children said done things but have never seen him he is suppose to live in our attic with all the other stuff
