Chele--your roll is cute!! I have a similar one that I made a few years ago. When mine is open it has three zipper compartments where I keep needles, thread, scissors, thimbles, etc. To make it easy to find things I made the compartments with vinyl so you can see right in. It is so easy to take anywhere I need to do handwork.

I bought several of these and it's the handiest thing ever for handquilting or anykind of needlework. The magnets hold tight between batting and fabric and will not fall off. And they are so pretty to look at. :D
