I find cotton very hard to hand quilt, so I use a 2oz poly when I'm going to hand quilt a project.

It is so good to know that someone still hand quilts. Although I now do most of my quilts by machine, I love hand quilting, and always have something I can pick up and work on. Whenever I hand quilt I use poly batting. I love the look of hand quilting with the puffiness of polyester batting. For me, it is easier to keep my stiches small and even.

I must say that I love hand quilting.
