I have one in my garage, I used it for a few months and decided I needed more throat space than my Bernina had. The HandiQuilter2 worked fine but you are limited in the size of designs you can quilt because you use your own sewing machine. I bought a stitch speed controller and handles to go with mine, I don't know if anyone is selling these now. All in all it is a good frame for home quilting, at least for a start. I'm saving mine for my DGD.
I bought a Tin Lizzie 18 second hand to get more throat space and am happy with it.
