Default Is The Happy Daisy quilt on your bucket list?

If so, please don't make the mistake I did. I knew I needed 20 blocks so I chose 10 fabrics and did a "lefty" stem and "righty" stem from each color. I didn’t think it through: three rows of 4 blocks is twelve and two rows of 4 blocks is eight. I made 10 of each which doesn't work.

As you can see, when I put them on my design wall I am missing two "lefty" stems (and, yes, I have two "righty" stemmed flowers that will not be used).

I hope this post saves someone from having to make more blocks when they thought they were done!

A few white blocks would be another good look for this quilt.

Thanks for the heads up, but I think your quilt would look great if a couple of rogues slipped into the design. Maybe you could embroider a couple of eyes (one winking) on them. BTW, yes I have thought about making that design.

I bought this pattern, decided I could use the Go Daisy die with a layer cake and forgot all about it. Thanks for the reminder. LOL

Why can't you just turn the stems and use the back of the fabric for three of the stems? I think that will look really cool.
I love this quilt. Thank you for the advise. Was this a die cut?

Cute but not on my Bucket list. I have two Judy Niemeyer PP quilts next on my Bucket list.
