I haven't had a problem with them, except the time I put both blades in at the same time, not realizing there were two in the package. Once I figured out what was going on, it was an easy fix.

I've been to Harbor Freight 3 times, recently, and they are always out of blades.

We must have a lot of quilters in the area buying them up!

As an alternative, I was able to find the titanium ones at Walmart, 4 for $20.00. They are supposed to last a long time.

After the fifth dull Harbor Freight blade in a row, I went back to the more expensive quilters' blades.

I wonder why some people have no trouble with the blades, and others have so much. Do you suppose they don't work as well in certain brands of cutters?

Laurie I don't think there is any rhyme nor reason why some are good and others are bad. Personally, I have had no problems.

I purchase my blades online from the following:

http://www.lpsharp.com/

you can also trade in your used blades, so don't toss them out, return them - they also ship free to you in the USA.

You may want to check out this information, I have no affiliation with this co., but very pleased receiving new OLFA blades 10 per pkg for $32.00, would normally cost over $100 in Canada.

What about mm size? Please forgive my ignorance - just starting rotary cutting.

Thanks for the information. I have purchased from HF. The blades have worked great for me. The people that I have dealt with at HF were knowledgeable and helpful. BrendaK
