Has anyone done the Quilted Village BOM? I saw on the ABC's of Quilting website today & the kit is now $175, down from $275. I saw this months ago & was interested but now I'm more tempted. Also have Christmas Cactus by Quiltmaker that I put a kit together for when I work at a quilt shop but have not yet attempted. I have been sewing for 40+ yrs but only quilting the last 8 & have stayed mainly with quick & simple. Any advice on difficulty & clarity of instructions would be appreciated. Thank you Vickie

I purchased the patterns a year or so ago and it's on my to-do list. I generally don't do kits as I like my project to be individual and pick out my own fabrics. But, in this case, I think the price is pretty good for everything as I think the pattern set usually goes for around $60 on it's own.
