Has anyone here ever used the curve foot?

I have a foot that came with my machine called a blind hem foot. It has a ridge under it that the fabric rides against. It seems to me it would work just as well, and without spending any money. I will have to try it "in my spare time".

I have used it and made my blocks a smidge larger so I could trim them to the right size. Then I decided to applique the curves instead! For me this is even faster!
Sold it for $100

I have one too, but to be honest, watch the video doing it without one! You don't even need it, trust me! It just takes a little practice. Just take your time sewing these curves & do like the video shows & they will come out great! I would say, if you like curves, put that money towards some of the templates the backporch site sells! I have all 3 size sets & love them. Now that is money well spent!...

yes it does work, like everything there is a learning curve, but it is a short one. I hate sewing curved seams but this makes it much easier. For us Bernina owners you will need a foot adaptor. I have two because some times bernina does not have the specific foot I want. An adaptor means I can use any low shank foot.

it shows you the curve foot which could be used for any curves. Has anyone used this??? Does it work? They claim you do not have to use pins.
