Default Has anyone made a quilt from this fabric

I have been eyeing the Moda Union Blues line since I first saw it. I really really like the colors https://www.fabric.com/find?collection=moda-union-blues

I am going to be off work all next week and so I ordered 3 jelly rolls and plan on having some fun. Now I only need inspiration as to what pattern to use.

Do you guys have any suggestions? You guys and gals always have such good ideas!

I do really like this one that was posted earlier this year http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...k-t264698.html

I do really like the braid quilts, but not sure what color cornerstone would be best for these colors.

Please let me know your thoughts

Thank you

Check out the Martingale Web Site www.shopmartingale.com then click on epattterns - they have their downloadable patterns on sale right now for $1.23. There are several by Kim Brackett and they are mostly using Jelly rolls (2.5" strips). She also has several books (they are also available by download for $16.99) that are made just for jelly rolls. I have a couple of her books and have made several things from there. While not all of her patterns in the books are also separate patterns, several are.

I really love that fabric! Love the color combinations in it and think it would make a beautiful Easy Jelly Roll quilt! It's amazing how much difference fabric can make--The pattern as Red Hot Flash is gorgeous but I like it in the Easy Jelly Roll post-the colors are very similar to the Union Blues. Keep us posted on what you do!

I have the same fabric, but only 2 charm packs and a jelly roll. If you do a braid, to keep with the colors in the roll what about something in a gold or rich rust tone!! Have fun with your project!!
