It right on their front page...but I get the impression that this is a new addition... this is a quote from the updates page...

I want to mention that however long packages used to take is over. I have taken complete control over this now and everything that happened in the past that was out of my control is over, and if you ever need anything just keep emailing me (I receive so many), until I respond and take care of whatever you want to know since I am not speaking about problems because there will not be many anymore. It is not my father's fault. When I returned to college at 24 years of age to accomplish an Economics degree, my father was taken advantage of for years and I never expected to be doing this when I graduated over a year ago," end quote

I do get the impression that they are reorganizing, etc

I would e-mail and call till I get a firm answer...but I am taking them on their word that this will be resolved in the future.

They are open late some nights. And it is a wonderful store. Great prices. The web store is Separate from the brick and mortar store. Yes, they are located in the same building but they are separate. I have shopped with them for many many years and will continue to do so

I ordered August 29 and my order arrived this morning. Nicely folded with a fabric bow/ribbon around the stack. Via email last night I got a "thanks for being patient" and the code for a $25 dollar gift certificate. Considering my order total was $66 before shipping, that's quite a generous way to ensure I will shop at their store again.
