Has anyone used the Grace Q-Zone Hoop Frame?
Newbie here! I am posting again because I can't find my other post. Sorry if I am messing up. Has anyone used the Grace Q-Zone? Is it easy to use? Pluses or minuses? Thank you, samsid.

I understand that you can use it for the Handi Quilter Sweet Sixteen, but when I inquired, it won't take a Tiara which is weird because they are the exact same machine. Sad, because it was something I would have considered.

I had one, and didn't really care for it. Mostly because I had a longarm frame before I downsized to an apartment. I didn't like the fact that you had to move the quilt every 38 inches and try to line everything up to continue. I do know people that use that frame and do some very nice quilting. It just wasn't for me.

Did you find a solution or do you feel, for you, it's just better to do without?
Thanks, Jim

I bought another longarm frame and got rid of some things in the living room. I don't get too much company, nor do I entertain so it works for me. I have only ever used a domestic machine on my frames and mostly do a meander for quilting.

If I understood correctly, sit down machines do not work with the Q-Zone Hoop Frames. A domestic machine with a large throat would work with the correct top plate.
