I have all the Metro thread colors in solids as well as the variegated. I have 2 Brother embroidery machies, SE270D and PE700II and no problems at all. I do use the Organ Large Eye needles which eliminates the shredding. The colors stitch out beautifully.

What brand of longarm do you have? I bought some, too, to use on my long arm and it broke constantly. That was when I had a Tin Lizzie. I now have a APQS but have not been brave enough to try it yet on my APQS.
