I had a friend once that was NEAT..she was also boring..her idea of a fun day was combing the fringe on her turkish rugs..I LOVE to create things, I do macrame, leather work, ceramics, sew, paint, weave, garden so I can use the herbs and flowers to make things, make goat milk soap and beewax lotion, I keep busy...and at time my CREATIVE CLUTTER gets a bit out of hand! But only in this room!

Looks to me like you've exercised great restraint. I'm not so far away.....Arkansas...makes us practically neighbors!

You might want to have a UFO party. Invite your quilting friends to come for a week and you tell us what you want done.

an artist friend made a plaque for me years ago that says:"dull people have immaculate homes". my mom schooled me to know that a home should be clean enough to be healthy, and cluttered enough to be happy. your sewing room looks very happy to me. and mine is downright hysterical with laughter!

i can't wait to show your picture to my husband. He keeps asking me when I'm going to clean my room. Hmm, just like a kid when mom and dad asked (told) me to clean my room. When I do I can't find anything

Jacquie, You are an amazing person. You are also brave. I can see alot of people do not understand the love of fabric that some of us have. I have tried to keep mine under control, but sometimes it's just too hard. I have loved fabric, yarn, and other crafts as far back in my life as I can remember. It sounds like you take care of alot of people, you are never bored and enjoy life. You will work it out. Don't let anyone bully you. Do what you want to do with it.
