Just shows you have really great taste. Bought one fabric in the different colors over the span of a year. Forgot I had bought the other colors until I put the new fabric in my stash. Still love that print.

Is old timers related Altzheimers? I usually do not duplicate unless it goes on sale or I need more.

Yes. That is what I called it when I was a kid.

Yes I have, in fact one such instance is a perfect example of Walmart fabric versus 'shop quality'.....
I didn't remember buying the shop quality fabric - got it at Fabric by the pound... got the wm stuff on the markdown from the quilt of the month..
exact same pattern, same colors, etc VASTLY different 'hand'... the wm stuff is stiff, cheap feeling, the other is really nice and the pattern is crisper, the wm is 'vague'..
you wouldn't notice except when they are side by side.
and makes me wonder why I got the wm stuff in the first place - the only thing I can figure is I got it at a bargain price with the intention of using it for a back or something...

Oh yeh!!! Did it a few times. Once with an ugly fabric , Bought it on the internet .. made the mistake of not enlarging the small little sample to as large as I could make it . It looked good in small scale.
The other times it worked out well cause I really liked the fabric. I don't know why but I tend to do it more with batiks.

Hasn't anyone ever had seconds or thirds of the most delicious cream chocolate gateaux, or gone for that second row of Caramello, come on now, what's wrong with a little indulgence now and then? It's nothing to do with memory loss! Aye Girls?
