Chemo brain is a real thing. Chemo is poison, and it can affect your thinking, memory and ability to focus for up to 5 years. My son just laughed and said 'Chemo Brain!' when I called him TWO DAYS AFTER his birthday to wish him Happy Birthday.
Ohhh, I can vouch for you...yes there is such a thing as chemo brain. Sometimes I feel like mine has gone to mush. So, 5 years of this, huh? Well, I've got about 3.5 years to go! Yipee!!!
