Default Help with color of binding!

My baby quilt backing is medium gray and tiny white stars. I'm having a hard time uploading my picture.

Welcome from Texas! Could you post a picture of your quilt (front & back)? It would be easier to select a color if we could see the quilt. Remember that when posting a picture it can't be too large. You might have to reduce it. Looking forward to seeing things you are making. The board members here are very helpful & encouraging.

If your backing is grey, does the front have grey in it too? If so, I would probably do grey binding. White gets dirtier quickly on a quilt edge.

Black would be nice too.

Welcome to this board.

if white looks good with the front, it would work with the backing fabric.

If the stars are a small enough print and coordinates with the front, can you use the same fabric for your binding?

You probably need to make your picture smaller. There are instructions for how to do that in the Help Center.

I haven't seen the quilt, but you could consider other colors, such as red.

Depending on the front, yellow is great with grey and white as is teal, or, if it's a girl, shocking pink.

You could do a two sided border. Back same as backing and the front to go with the front fabric.
