what a sad story....I hope it turns up somewhere and is returned, it is an absolutely beautiful quilt!

The maker/designer of the quilt is a member here. You can read the whole story and updates in her postings. She is an amazing quilter.

That is so sad. For all the work that went into and then be lost. I hope it is found soon.

How very very heartbreaking. I will keep quilters faith going that it will be found and returned unharmed.

Hope it is found and returned as I am sure she would rather have the quilt than whatever it might have been insured for. All hand work and lost in shipping. What a shame.
