I don't know the name, but I made a quilt like this using Marti Michell's Dresden Plate templates #8965. The pattern was included with the templates. Hope this helps.

I asked a quilting buddy of mine who has taken class and is an authorized quilt appraiser. She looked in Barbara Brackman's book and found nothing... she has never seen the pattern before in anything she has looked at. She thinks that your quilt is from the 1920's or 1930's based on just the small photo I sent her. My bet is the person who made it... made up her own pattern.... :mrgreen:
