I found.....The Quilt Engagement Calendar 1979. It looks like barns on it, but cannot seem to find it for sale anywhere. I did find a site that you can get a 7 day trial to find out the price, but you have to put in credit card info.

It sounds like a Piecemaker Calendar quilt. There are a few barn ones on Ebay but the sellers use paypal , so that leaves you out. Sorry. :(

I saw it at a quilt show in Marshall, Mo....it was amazing!! It had a church on a block...then a irish chain between all these...house, etc....she borrowed the calendar from a friend at the time...she said it even had an outhouse block she changed out....it was just beautiful!! If I can't find one...then I will maybe try to make one of my own...:)thanks...hopefully someone has one tucked away for the 'some day' quilt...:)Skeat

Any chance you can find out who the artist was whose work was featured in the calendar? I know several print artists who currently sell copies of their prints from calendars that came out long ago. Perhaps this quilt artist does the same?

Are you wanting the calendar, or the quilt patterns? Piecemakers sells the patterns, though the calendar is no longer available.

They have contact info on their site, I would just email or call them, and ask what the cost would be if you mailed them a check or money order.

    Good luck

Those are neat. I have so many house blocks already done from different swaps.
The single Irish Chain would be easy even without a pattern since my house blocks are finished. I may just do that one myself!
I started the one with the homespun plaid around the blocks but decided it was too busy for me so there those blocks sit. I'll have to dig them out again and redesign a quilt.
    Thanks for the link.

You mean Piecemakers still has all the calendar patterns for sale? I didn't see them listed in their online store. Do you know about how much the calendar patterns cost?

I saw this and didn't think it was the right one because it says in original message 1979.
    Sure is a pretty quilt!

Yes, and it won't let me in, either - gives me a "403 Forbidden" Error. Maybe I'll have to try again, this time in cognito! 8) LOL
