Help! I need to make two small gifts for gnieces - ages 4 and 7

If you use Sewjoyce's idea - the tote - little girls and big girls LOVE those hair bands (those hard things that give you a headache) or anything else that goes in the hair. My three granddaughters wouldn't dream of leaving the house without one. Also, my friend buys those rubberbandy things for ponytails (don't get the ones with the metal on them) and she crochets with that eyelash yarn. Somehow it becomes a big whoosh and looks so cute on the girls. (sorry, that's the best I can do, description-wise)

How about one of those crayon rolls? They are quick, easy, and a great way to use bits and pieces of fabric![img]
