Have to agree with those above, the 7 shirt quilt is really neat.
Also, my sister tooks my dad's work shirt....khaki solids with my mom's hand patches still on them...cut them into squares and made the most darling sentimental quilt by sewing squares with differents shades of the shirts from fading and wear alternating. She added a kelly green triangle border and it's wonderful. I wish I had one. She's also making a scrap quilt of plaid shirts bought from a flea market...men's shirts were only 50 cents each. She has about 25 different navies and reds and light blues to which she added some light tan checks, etc. Just simple 5 inch squares joined together with narrower strips sewn around as a border....I think separated by a navy plaid strip. Really cute and fast.
