I also found it in a softcover book, "120 Patterns For Traditional Patchwork Quilts", Maggie Malone, Sterling Publishing Co., inc. New York, page 232.

I love this quilt. I'm not a big fan of doing paper piecing but my love for this quilt pattern may change that. Thanks so much for posting the picture of the quilt and for the link to the free pattern. This Quilting Board group is fantastic!
