I think being ambi means you you everything with either hand - I do somethings right handed - cause that is how I was taught many moon ago - and there were not left handed things available - at least that we could afford. I mostly do detail things with my left and strength things with my right - but condier myself a lefty - also I am left eyed so if I want to get something 'right-on' I need to look at it with my LEFT eye - like 1/4" seams - if I look on the left side - I get it measured correctly - wierd - but I'm just ME ! I've been a lefty and strong-willed forever !

OK, I am a leftie and I say "Lefties Unite!"..what difference does it make what side the pocket is on? My grandmother taught me and a group of friends (we were about 10 yrs old) to crochet...everyone learned but me until she took me to a mirror to watch her!

OK, I'm right handed and I don't see what they problem is with the pocket on the right side of the mug rug. Why do you need to make more? Elvis hasn't look this good in years!

I am a lefty too.I never thought how many people were left handed until I saw all of the leftys responding to this. Keep it up, lets see really how many leftys we have on the quilting board.Handquilter

I am confuzzled too ... what's the pocket for? spoon? sweetener? tea bag?

Elvis lives on!!

I had two leftie siblings, so have never thought anything of it!! They always did everything the rest of us did.

RedTurtle ... Oh please do tell the story of your avatar! Thanks!

I am also left haded and I never worry about which way is which. It always, well almost always, comes out fine. The Elvis mug rug looks great to me. Who would know that the pocket is not on the correct side and who said there was a right & wrong side. I would be concerned if the fabric was flipped so it was wrong side up.
