There is a new Maple Island Quilts pattern that I just saw called "Diva 2" for large prints or panels (http://www.quiltwoman.com/patterns/d...ttern-miq-612/). I have seen it on several websites. I just picked this one because the web address was shorter.

Not read all posts, but I have the duvet set in this fabric, it is a Dorma sateen cotton, and washes beautifully, the duvet and pillowcases washed copious amounts of times, very little fading and no shrinkage.

oh wow I thought I was the only one with this fabric...LOL thanks everyone it was great hearing all the wonderful ideas and so many different ones on the same fabric...

I am so glad that I asked my DDIL if she liked the fabric and guess what...she said (it's ok) so I guess that means that she really didn't like it that much.. but good thing come out of it I will have another beautiful quilt for ME! Thanks again for all your help..

Default Palace Steps for big patterns

One of my favorite for using a large print is the Palace Steps pattern. I have made several quilts from this pattern and it seems to always work.
