Try to do a cream that has flecks of your orange yellow and aqua. I think I've seen it at the stores. Show a pic when your done please.

I like the idea of aqua and orange with white, just did a kit from connecting threads with just those colors as a big block baby quilt, came out real nice. Now just have to figure out how to quilt it. So I opt for the white. With all the new modern stain removers I am betting it would last quite a while.

Try to avoid solid colors. They show stains more than prints.

Orange and yellow seem female to me. If you are going for a neutral gender quilt, I would add a green myself. Even the aqua if it is a light aqua is going to look girly.

No, afraid I'm not that talented! It is from Black Mountain Quilts.
