Just losing the Block libraries in EQ, I looked up all the blocks everyone has guessed that it is.
To me the closest two are the Lozenze block, which has the center different color as too wide of a piece and the Indian Hatchet which has the inside color as too skinny. Of course, A lot of people used templates back then and the template size could have been off a bit.
