Default Help! My new Go doesn't cut!

I am pretty excited that I got a Go for Christmas. I unboxed it today and tried cutting. All 3 dies I have will just slide through the rollers without touching the top so don't roll or cut. am I doing something wrong?

Are you using the white plastic board on top? The die, then the fabric then this hard plastic cutting mat - it is white and then it rolls thru.

No, you aren't. An idiot wouldn't have figured out the problem!

Thanks Dina. I figured out that just because they don't come with a mat doesn't mean they don't need one to cut. Douh!
