Love your butterfly blocks!
Are they machine embroidery design?, applique?
can you give us the pattern source?

I like the top one. It brings out the butter fly better.

I would like white. Everyone probably thinks it would be boring but I think it would be so soft looking.

I'd go for the darker pink in the butterfly outline also

After reading all these responses, I'd sure try to lay the blocks out without sashing. Might be very striking. Takes just a few minutes------------and be sure to snap a pic for us! tee hee

Hi vhord620 the butterflies are printed on the fabric ... I am practising my HST's I had to do some math to work out the sizes ( after a few errors ) then tried a few different ways of putting them together, basically trial & error .lol...the fabric is as below and I cut out the strips

No sashing. It would take away from the butterflies

White or light blue would be my first choices. But pink is a strong contender as well. For some reason I would want to keep the sashing fabric solid.
